1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of store.novelafilms.com and any purchase made on it. The website is operated by Novela Films Private Limited, registered at B Wing, 502A, 5th Floor, Ackruti Trade Centre, MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400093, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order or browsing this site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, which together form the full agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. What we sell
We sell digital presets, LUTs, and filmmaking assets for download. All products are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods through this store.
4. License to use presets
When you purchase a preset pack, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own personal or commercial creative work. This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying files to you.
Most important clause
5. No resale or redistribution
You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize our preset files themselves, whether individually or bundled, in their original form or modified. You may not redistribute, sublicense, share, or upload our presets to any other marketplace, file-sharing platform, social media page, or website, whether for free or for payment, in original or repackaged form. You may not claim authorship or ownership of the presets themselves, even when used within your own edited work.
This restriction applies regardless of how the files were obtained, including if shared with you by another customer in violation of this section. We reserve the right to revoke your license and pursue any remedy available under applicable law, including recovery of damages, against anyone who breaches this section.
6. Account and order accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout, since your purchase is delivered to it. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect email address, and will require proof of purchase before resending access.
You are responsible for keeping any download link or access credential we provide secure. Sharing your access with others is treated as a violation of section 5.
7. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not view or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

8. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations for purchases made on this site are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, all sales are final once a download link or access has been issued, except where a technical fault on our end prevented delivery of a working file. Refer to the Refund Policy for the full process and timeline.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including product previews, images, branding, and website design, is owned by Novela Films Private Limited or licensed to us, and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Nothing on this site, other than the license described in section 4, grants you rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use this site to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, upload malicious code, scrape or bulk-download content without permission, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
11. Third-party services
Checkout, payment processing, analytics, and email delivery on this site are handled through third-party service providers. Their own terms and policies apply to the parts of the transaction they handle, and we are not responsible for outages or errors on their end, though we will assist in resolving any issue that affects your order.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novela Films Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products, including loss of data, business interruption, or dissatisfaction with creative results achieved using our presets. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or a purchase made on it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, pricing, or legal requirements. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
